The Tale of Butler
Butler encountered Butler at Saki’s House on a foggy night while gentler souls nestled in downy pillows. The child with the eyes of the moon sang a song of flowers. The material world is but a passing thing. Each knew that there could be only one Butler, and they proceeded to join in cacophonous musical combat. After 6 weeks, 6 days, and 6 hours without food, drink, or rest, each knew that the other could not be bested. In a desperate, final ploy, each Butler called on the spirits of Butlers past to deliver one final deafening blow. As little eddies of dust settled, exhausted, to the ground, Butler locked eyes with Butler, and said only one word: “Butler.” On this day, they joined forces.
Butler performing at the Tin Can Alehouse on December 18th.
If you live in SD
That’s San Diego, but short
I, Barry, the Butler, will report
That a band that I’m in
And Ignacio too,
Will be playing a show
That’s designed just for you!
It has loud, rhythmic sounds
And melodies galore
And all of those Butler-like things you adore.
So come on downtown on December 18,
to the Tin Can Alehouse, to see and be seen!
